My husband and I had a wonderful opportunity to visit Ireland for 12 days. We both loved it. Driving on the other side of the road was very strange. We kept looking the other direction to see if the coast was clear and one time we almost got into an accident! Only a few people we met we could not understand for the life of us because their accent was so thick. The food was wonderful, they had a special vegetarian section on every menu! My hubby fell in love with Guinness Beer when we toured the brewery. We visited Dublin, The Blarney Castle, Cork, Cobh, Wexford, Galaway and Wicklow.

Christmas Special

I spent all day yesterday shopping for props and backgrounds for my Limited Edition Christmas Special coming up this November. I'm so excited to pull it all together!

Let me say, it requires a lot of spray painting. Ok, I'll give you a hint. Silver, Sparkles, Reindeer, and Vintage Winter Wonderland. I can't wait. Stay tuned.

Little Isla was the easiest baby I have ever photographed. One of the cutest too.

Her mom came into the studio as a favor to me to try out some new props and I told her I'm interested in Sleeping baby images, well she bought her in asleep and she only woke up for a few minutes here and there.

Little Red Schoolhouse 2010

Little Red is a two day seminar that feature's two-three speakers and is presented by Dallas Professional Photographer's Association. Liddie Deshotel organized one fabulous program this year. I was very honored to be asked to be the opening speaker for Alex Buono, SNL's camera operator and not to mentioned many major motion films. He rocked the house! He taught us photographers how to step into video. I can't wait to try it again. It brought back fond memories, since I was actually a film major in college. lol

My Baby Graduates

I can't believe I will have two kids in College. My Baby Graduated from Plano East Senior High Last month. I'm looking forward to this new stage for my kids and for us. To watch them grow into young adults is very rewarding.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

It has been snowing here in the Plano area from the time I woke up this morning... and it's still snowing. This is a record amount of snow!

Well, I couldn't let all this beautiful snow go without record, so hubby drove me around for about an hour and I photographed from the car window, yes it's cold outside, and I did get out of the car on several occasions too. lol

I photographed the Plano, Parker, Wylie area and around my house.

Jodi & Gary's Monster Bash

This is the Maxon's 28th Halloween Party. I look forward to it every year. They go out and have a great time. They hire a band, bartenders, catered food, trophies for best costumes, etc.

The joke of the night was a cheese puff. Take a peek and you'll see what I mean. lol
